I have a friend who wants a chest reduction. Her chest is 60mm

Do you think she should have a reduction she is not having any back problems or anythings. She does a a problem finding clothes dresses and blouses and get this she is a small woman. I told her not to because if you don't have to be cut on then don't be. what do you all think?????

Having a big chest myself. It makes it hard to not look at it from her point of view. Just because it isn't causing any physical problems please don't forget the emotional problems that are involved. It can be very difficult and downright depressing to have to buy clothes in a bigger size than you would need without your chest. It can also be very detrimental to your self esteem if your chest is out of proportion with the rest of your body. I say that if she really wants to have it done and it will help her emotionally...go ahead. Just check out your surgeon and hospital very well. Good luck.
