If I can give you a bit of advice, stay active. I had two children both by natural child birth. I will say that I had an easier time with delivery on my first one. That said, I'll explain what I think made the difference. During my first pregnancy, I stayed extremely active. I waited tables in a restaurant 8 hours a day up until a week before I had my first son. (Who was born on his due date, no inducing either.. he was just ready). I also stayed active in other areas of my life. I rode horses up until my 9th month. I did yard work, I did housework. I stayed active. My labor and delivery was a breeze!! My water broke at 4:15 am, contractions started at 4:25 and he was born at 6:09am. Moving on to my second pregnancy. I was a stay at home mom, who's only responsibility was taking care of my first child who was two when I got pregnant with my second child. My only responsibility was housework and taking care of my oldest son. I did not work, I didn't get any real exercise. I stayed pretty much sedintary. Big Mistake!!! I went into labor 3 weeks early and was in labor for 20 hours before they broke my water and he was born 3 hours later. It was horrible. I attribute it to the fact that I didn't exercise the way I should have during that pregnancy. I sat on my butt. Keep yourself active. Now,,, for after delivery, you can start stocking up on some simple supplies. Pick up a package of baby wipes once a week or so. Definitely something you will use alot of. Start checking out garage sales. Baby blankets, spit up cloths.. stuff like that.... you're gonna need them. One of the best things I ever had was a jumper for my sons. Granted, you can't use it for awhile after your baby is born, but man, they are the greatest thing. Both of my children loved theirs.

Stay fit.Go o your ob monthly,do what the doctor wants you to do,eat, drink and wear.Take a vitamins given by you ob,drink milk.It helps your childs growth in your womb. When i was pregnant i always eat fruits, they have natural sweets unlike the juices we buy from supermarkets.Do not wear high heels,it may cause you an accident. And don't think of things that could stress you.Pregnant woman should think of happy thoughts,so that your baby will not be affected.Dont forget to exercise, wake up early start walking around your village. And don't forget to always pray that you and your baby be healthy always.Take care of your angel!!gudluck for the mom and dad to be!!
