How do you like your steak?

Medium-Rare; I like my steak to be juicy and dark pink (even red) on the inside. I LOVE steak. When I do my own, I marinate it in garlic, Robusto Italian dressing, salt and pepper, a dash of seasoning salt, and a dash of Worcestire Sauce. I let that marinate for at least 8 hours and then cook it for like 6 minutes (3 per side) and enjoy! It is sooo good. Now I want steak for dinner :\

I like it so there's no pink left, but isn't too chewy. So medium-well done I guess :) I like it best with garlic butter :) But yours sounds nice so I might have to try it!

medium for me. i dont like it rare and if is to charred than can eat it.

mine has to be medium aswell but it is very often that i eat steak when i do it has to be seasoned nice

I like my steak to bee well done and suculent with salt , pepper and with savory Perfect combination and it doesn't count the size of the steak when you like how its made

I prefer my steaks medium rare, with mushrooms and garlic powder on top. Every now and then I will use a little steak sauce, but not always.
