i been diet everytime i eat, because if i eat more food i got easily big. i don't to say/use the word "suffer",but i really wanna eat different kinds of food,especially my favorite ones. not like some of my friends they eat more food but they are still thin... please give me some advice, what will i do so that i can eat my favorite food...

Good evening, dear 51911. I think that a better way for you is to do more exercise each day. But you don't have to go on a diet of the healthy food you like. Avoid eating unhealthy food and drink more water. Maybe it can be of some help to you. Good luck.

Im an atlete.. so i can help u how to diet for a healthy life. every week you must jogging at least twice a week an 30 minutes per session. this way can help you burn out the fats. it cant completely burn if you just jogging or exercise once a month or more.
