This summer's free agency signings

I've been watching the signing closely and so far I think the Tampa Bay Lightning have made the smartest moves. They got Ryan Malone to sign a long contract, they got two veterans in Mark Recchi and Gary Roberts, They drafted that wunderkid with their number one pick, they got Vaclav Prospal back to a long term deal, they got perhaps the best goaltender on the market as a backup. I think that's it. They completely revamped their team and look to be one of the more exciting teams to watch next year. Any thoughts on who you thought were the best or worst teams through the summer? The worst had to be the New York Rangers.
