Any Tae Bo heroes out there?

I used to taebo all of the time but stopped doing it. About two weeks ago, I started up again and love it as much as I used to! Actually, I probably love it more, now, because I need the exercise more than I did then. I'd love to chat with any of you fellow taeboers. What are your favorite 'episodes'? Do you rotate discs throughout the week? How much weight have you lost? I've been doing the Tae Bo Cardio (which isn't really all that intense) just to get back into things. I have Flex and Flex Express, already, but I'd love to have some more variety throughout the week than Flex and Cardio.

Man, I use to do taebo a lot but can't stand all the jerking and constant counting now. THe ones I loved were the Taebo live series, those were the most intense for me. I think you can only find the live series on e-bay. The taebos you mentioned weren't really that intense for my so I always go back to my lives for an intense workout. THe second best would be the Get Ripped series. I also like the Taebo Total advanced. I can't exactly recall how much weight I lose with Taebo, but I noticed more changes in the mirror than anything else. I always get more defined when I do taebo. I don't weigh myself at all.

I took ballet for 16 years, so the counting doesn't bother me at all! I'll have to check out the series you mentioned for my move up. I'm pretty sure, but won't know for sure, that those are the ones (the Live series) that one of my friends 'borrowed' about six years ago, from me. The ones I've got are very light, but they're enough, at the moment, to work me into things again. I do a lot of unstructured exercise throughout the day out in the yard, but it makes it easier for me to take a day off if I know, for sure, what exactly I've done to get moving the days before. Thanks for the response!

Hi. I used to do Tae Bo. I enjoyed it and had some videos but now I only have DVD player. I got Tae Bo Energize DVD though but think Ive only done it once lol. I like how in the classes there are real people and not just full of models who are already a size 8. Does flex help improve your flexibility?
