If any on you out there have eaten Ciabatta bread, then you know it's very light, airy, and amazingly delicious. About a year ago, I made this phenomenal sandwich that has become one of my all-time favorites. Here's what I did: -1 loaf Ciabatta bread, cut in half. -Take cheddar cheese, lettuce, and your choice of deli-style (thin sliced) ham, turkey, or beef. Put it on one of the slices of bread, with the meat at the bottom, then cheese, then lettuce. -Take a few slices of Italian salami and put it below or above the deli meat. -add mustard if you want, but make sure and spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing on the other slice of bread before you put it on. This really completes the deal. It's really tasty and easy to make. I love it. So guys, want to share some of your favorite deli sandwiches or tell about you results eating mine? I'd love to hear from you all! Cheers, eXxodus

Yeah, it was my first time to try ciabatta bread when I went to a well-known bakeshop in Iloilo (Philippine Province) last year. Indeed, it was airy and that is what made it fun to eat. The bakeshop offers several ciabatta sandwiches that are all appealing and absolutely mouth-watering.
