Do you think that relationship hangovers have their own expiry date?

Relationship hangovers have their own expiry date. If these continue beyond a certain given period, its vital to hit the panic button. The more you allow emotional baggage to stackup, the harder it is to shed it.

I think they do have an experation date. The best thing to do is rutine stuff rite after the break, next start doing things you love to do.This will put you in contact with people that have the same intrest. I was dumped by a girl of 7 years, first i snapped and wrecked a bar,bad bad bad.But now in retrospect i thank her for dumping me, or i would never have met my girl.I also think being dumped is part of a growing up, you learn what you should and should not do in a relationship, but most important you learn what you deserve as a person.(What you will tollarate in a relationship.)How much space we let other people rent in our minds is completly up to us.Knowing that other people dont make us who we are, stops baggage from acumulating.
