stress

I've been under alot of stress latley and been losing my temper with everyone and I can't seem to find a way to calm down. Anyone got ideas how to clear my mind and clam down?

I think you in deep problem. Once you started losing temper to everyone, then you in high stress preasure. askin123, I suggest you to take of for a few days to go for a vacation. Go to the sea site or mountain. Don't bring anybody with, just you and yourself. If you can't take a few days off, just go to see a doctor and consult them. Hopefully the doctor will give you few days MC to get clear of your head. I have taken some stress release pills given by doctors some where back. It's really work. I also sometime take gingko biloba tablets to help my brain and it works by cleaning our bloodlines to our head. The impact is that I found myself very cool and has no pressure after taking it. Ask your doctor what is gingko biloba and sure they suggest it to you.

I've tried taking time to myself and it just makes me think about things more and more and it just makes things worse. Yea I've seen them tablets floating round somewhere but can't remember where. How do they work? and how do they make you feel?

whenever i am uber stressed, i just have to take some time out for myself. I to get to the point where I am taking it out on pretty much any one around me. First thing you need to do if figure out why you are soo stressed and find ways to help the issue at hand. Than I would suggest a Day to yourself or a weekend, doing things that ONLY you want to do. Do be with anyone. It is a great way to clear your head and have some time just for you. I hope this helps
