what you do if you are not getting your dreaming job?

am medically qualified person,i tried my job in uk,but i couldn't get my job which am atisfied for.as we everybody know job satisfaction is very important in life.am really depressed about it,is anybody can give me a good advise please.

Considering that I don't know what my dream job is, I wouldn't know how to get it. Lol.
