Request/favor...of a dying sister!

How many of you guys are willing to do a favor for someone?..a favor or request of a dying person..especially if it is your closest sister..will you do everything she asks you to do? But what if this means breaking your heart? i mean if you're both in love with the same guy..and you really really love the guy..your boyfriend...and she asks you to break him up for her because it's the only thing that will make her happy for the remaining time of her life. Will you sacrifice for your sister even if it will breaks your heart?..will cause you so much pain?
