Can art be learnt through internet free of cost ?

I think you are never too old to attend classes. I would take a practical art course if I found one I did not have to pay for, but they all require fees. If I have enough money for it one day I may join one. I don't know if it is possible to learn skills like those on the internet. You could do it by following a DVD or video course at home, but you would have to pay for the DVD and for all your own art materials. Have you tried searching for free art courses through a search engine?

Yes, you can..why not / But it needs the desired practice.It is not a magical thing to learn on the net.
