Hpw does someone make money with a social networking site....other than Mylot

I have seen many advertisements for social networking sites and they say you can make money off them. To be honest, I just don't understand how it works. I have tried searching around on them and just don't get it.
If you understand them, please explain how for the site you like. I do alot of PTR & PTC but thought it might be time to add something different.

The zenzuu one is tough, that one is mainly based on referrals. On my webpage I have written out explanations to some of the easiest ones to use. Check it out at least for the info, I don't get anything for you looking at my page so you have nothing to lose.

i use yuwie and i find it easy and have good minimum payout 5$ on paypal and i found another one that called zenzuu but i did not understand it so i let it so if you found it good just pm me
