So what does everyone think about Favre?

After all of the rumors and speculation, it seems that the Favre talk has settled down now. Although it seems like he wants to come back, Packers management seems reluctant for some reason to bring him back. As a Packers fan, I am really undecided if I want him back or not. I know it sounds stupid of me, but Aaron Rodgers eventually is going to have to start playing, and if they keep putting him on hold, then he might leave and then the Packers are stuck without a QB after Favre finally packs it up. So what do you guys/girls think? Is Favre going to come back in your mind? If he does come back, will it be in a Packers uniform, or will the Packers not want him back and release him, putting him in another uniform? Would your team take Favre in if the Packers do release him?

I really wish Favre would have waited to make his decision later so he could have avoided this problem. I have great respect for the man for what he has done. I really don't want to see him come back. He would put the franchise in such a bind. They drafted two QBs because he was leaving. Those could have been better used if he would have just waited and decided he didn't want to retire. I heard recently that he wants to get released so he can go play somewhere else. I really don't see any reason he would want to play on a team unless he had a chance at another Super Bowl. It would be really interesting to see him on a team such as the Vikings which are just lacking a little pass offence to make a run in the league. I wish he would stay retired, but I wouldn't mind watching him for another year. It would just be really weird seeing him in another uniform. Michael Jordan anyone?
