Do you press the 'panic button' to soon ?

How often have you got into a situation of having over reacted or pressing the panic button to soon ? Your hear, see or think something ,jump to your own conclusions and hurriedly act. You then realise that you acted in haste. You probably got others into a hurried or worried state of mind as well. It's happened to me a few times and I've felt pretty odd, foolish and pretty embarassed when I realised that there was no need to it.

I think, I am pretty fast at it! lol.. I kind of get panicky at every vulnerable situation I face. Now, although I have improved on it, (I guess I have matured a lot) but still I am very fidgety. And invariably I find cursing myself as an obvious aftermath. This happens especially when I go overboard with helping others and people misunderstand me. I cannot but feel sad.

Cursing yourself ! No need to do that. Next time take it all out here on this post. Yeah, But I know what you mean. I've went nuts about 2 years ago. One thought and one panic reaction after another .... Nearly drove me insane.
