China IP address banned?

What is with China that being treated this way, First their products now their IP whats next?
Does Chinese smart enough to cheat the system?
Does Chinese Don'y know how to read english?
Does Chinese really good in hacking?
I dont believe in this, Theirs no point to treat Sleeping Giant like these. What do you think?

, First of all I want to welcome you to mylot since I noticed that you are new here. About the question in chinese being banned by many internet earning programs is that maybe there are lots of them but not all are cheating the system. Maybe they are good in creating a cheating software, I don't know but that is what I think of. I think Chinese deserved to be treated fairly because not all of them are cheaters like the others.
