will you agree or disagree if i say that "Saying sorry does not make things better"?.. because i just notice that everytime a person does something wrong s/he keeps on saying sorry but then s/he still do the same mistakes.. it like they just say sorry just to ease the mistakes that they do but they don't change themselves. what do you think?

It is really hard to say sorry if you really mean it. Some people can say it easily because they do not know the real meaning of it. Yes, they say it just to compromise their mistake in a particular situation and do it again eventually. That is why it is also difficult to give someone a "second chance".

You're totally right. Some people will continue to do the same negative things over and over, and the only thing they do about it is say sorry. In that case, sorry means nothing (atleast not to me). If a person says sorry and genuinely means it, and it doesn't happen again, then I find it very acceptable. We're all going to make mistakes and it's okay to apologize for them, but not if we're going to turn around and continuously make that mistake. I know people who are that way and it drives me nuts!

yeah.. i think it's better to correct the mistakes first than say sorry..
