baseball cards

my brother passed away & has left me a bunch of baseball cards....i see a bunch from the 60's 70's 80's & 90's. they don't seem to be in any order, i don't know where to start, there are 1000s of them

Be really careful, you could be taken advantage of easily. Your best bet is to buy the notebooks made for the cards. Alphabetically insert the cards you have by last name, then take the cards to a local collector. Do not tell the collector you want to sell, just have them appraised. After the apprasel you will then know what you really have, and can decide wether to sell or not. My 12 year old son has some from when I was his age and beyond and you could literally be sitting on a gold mine......just be careful, you could easily get scammed. :-) Jerm
