Do you forget names?

Address the person you're being introduced to by shaking their hand and saying their name out loud. Initiating contact this way makes it easier to commit the name to memory.Pay attention when the person tells you his/her name. If you didn't hear it well ask him/her to repeat it again. Make conscious effort to call the person by his or her name when talking to them. Looking at them speak creates a visual memory to attah to names.

no matter how much i try, i really have the tendency to forget names. That was why i associate names to certain things like "Jet" for jet planes and "Shine" for sunshine. i'm really dummy this way.
however, i don't forget how people look like. :D
