Smileys

Hello, myLot fanatics! I just joined myLot three days ago. I noticed that some of the members are using smileys when making responses or posting comments. How can I use smileys, too? I just want to make my post, comments and responses more attractive and presentable. Being a creative person, I can't help but to make my writings as artistic as possible. Is there a section here about emoticons and how to write a presentable response? Thank you so much!

Yes my friend, it is a combination of starting discussions, responding to discussions others have started and leaving replies. Like you have done here when people respond to your discussions you should leave a comment to each and every person. This forum is a lot of fun, your going to really enjoy it here and they do reward you by paying you money for having fun. It is nice having you here with us and before you know it your numbers will go up too. When you reach 100 posts you get a star, at 200 posts you get access to the "mylot code" at 500 posts you can copy & paste and add pictures/graphics to your discussions and responses. Have fun and it's nice meeting you.

Thank you, Howard! It seems that you have more than 4000 posts here in myLot? How did you do that? I think you are more than a year now as a member/user of myLot, is that correct? What do you usually do when you are in myLot? I mean, do you spend much of your time responding to the discussions, making comments to the response, or posting a new topic to be discussed? As a new user of myLot, I think I prefer to post a query or a topic asking many things. LOL

Welcome to Mylot! I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do and as long as you stay active here you will earn money here. Anyway, your smiley's are where it says mylot code on the side of the box where you type your discussion. Unfortunately, you must have 200 posts to use it. As long as you work hard on here, you should be able to reach that goal fast!

Thanks, Carol! You already have more than 3000 posts here in mylot! Awesome! Hoe did you manage to do that? Can you suggest me about it or about spending quality time online, especially here in myLot? Honestly I can reach the 200 posts within a day but I do not want to post just for the sake of posting. I am responding to the discussion to the best that I can, sometimes doing research first in the internet. I want to post a quality discussions, make helpful responses and encourage others with uplifting comments. Am I doing the right thing?

Thank you so much! I did not know that I have to post 200 responses or comments in order to use smileys! Whew! Now I know and I am working on it now, giving comments and responding to any discussions that interests me. How many days did you spend online, making comments and response, before reaching your 200th post? I guess, as I have a hectic schedule as a graduating student, I will have to spend three days more to reach that goal. Good luck to me! (lol)

Well, I noticed now that you alreached surpassed your 200th post and curremntly using smileys! This discussion is very helpful for a newbie like me. I am wondering also about using smileys and good thing that I saw this discussion. But I think it will take me a month before reaching my 200th post... :(
