Many people want to look better but have not the drive to start. Here is a small tip to get you started moving in the right direction. 1st Start small 10 minute walks are great. 2nd Keep track of your time and work your way up. 3rd Keep a list of what you do for your own good. 4th Eat a lot of greens makes you feel great. 5th Don't get discouraged you will start to want to do it all the time. 6th Always make time at least 3 times a week. 7th Lastly don't give you test your self and make goals. If you use some of these you may be on your way to looking and feeling the way you want. Hope this helps.
