Last minute requests

If your girlfriend gives a last minute request to you, will you accede it or reject it because it is your one of your principles not to entertain last minute requests? Last minute requests can be your girlfriend wants to give you something or she wants to see you without any planning beforehand. So will you agree to it or reject it?

We have a saying that says there on hurry in Africa. If your girl friend has requested you at the last minute of course this after work I guess. Then there is no obligation, provide I am not held up with other urgent matter that needs my attention. But if am held up she has to understand me unless she has other hidden agendas.

It really depends on the circumstance. I'm I am really busy like in a middle of an important meeting or if it is impossible for me to do it at that time, I would decline her. I know she'd understand, I'll just be honest why I can't. But it's abrupt and there's really no good reason for me not to, well, I just go to her and entertain her request.
I admit though that sometimes, there are a few cases when I'm not in the mood, a little sweet talk could start me off though.
