How to take care of long nails?

Long nails are usually hard to grow and once grown, it's very difficult to maintain them. I just wanted to know, how can we keep good and long nails.... are there any ways? I really want them and fast

I use Sally Hansen polish. They have a product that helps keep them strong. After I shower I put lotion on and on my nails. (You don't want them to get dry and start to chip.) Then I put the Sally Hansen Nutra Nail (I know that Walmart has it). I only put it on a couple times a week. I think that is enough unless there are problems. I hope that helps. It keeps my hard, helps them grow pretty fast and they look nice too.

maybe you can wear gloves to protect your nails.but it will be very hot in the summer.I don't have so many good advices,for I always cut them if they are too long,I feel uncomfortable for the long nails,though they are actually very beautiful and fashion.
