What kind of race do you like if you're given a chance to have a second life?

If you're given a second chance to live and choose a race other than your are right now what would it be and why?
Me, if this chance will be given to me I would probably go for becoming an Englishman from England preferably in London, Chelsea or Liverpool. I think these people are exposed with rich culture in music and in arts and they produce classic geniuses and iconic figures that takes over the world through music, arts and fashion. I just love their culture basically, its diverse compared to others.

I would like to do something way different, like become an Indian woman and wear those beautiful saris, and of course eat the delicious food all of the time. It would be really cool to grow up with that first hand knowledge of the culture. I might also want to grow up in a Nordic country, like Sweden, where they have the best health care, along with equality, democracy, and education (it's all free, even college!).
