Does this happen to you?

When I am clicking on PTC sites, there are certain ads that will link straight to the individual websites rather than prompt the countown clock of the PTC site. Needless to say, that click will not be rewarded and that means one ad short to click on. Does this happen to anyone here or is it a pc problem I need to look into?
