How to cope up with stress at work?

How to cope up wi th stress at work? What is the harm caused by stress in the longer run? How does it affect especially women's health

You need time to rest and unwind. If you have too much stress, it would affect everything. You would lose appetite, wont be able to sleep, be irritable and your relationship with your love ones will be affected too. It happened to me last year. I just stayed inside the bedroom for days and I didnt like to speak with anybody. When I was finally okay, I have informed the school wherein i teach right now, that i won't be coming for a week. After a week and everything was okay, that's the only time I got back to work.

How nice to just tell them off: I won't be coming to work for a week. Wish I could do that! Maybe a month? ;) I get the feeling I am stressed out, but there's just no way out, except this: mylotting! At least I have fun here. Take care

Give time for yourself and relax.Stress can cause high blood pressure.When your in stress your pressure goes up.We can't help but put ourselves to stress at work sometimes but make sure you get enough rest when your at home.

I'd love to response to your post, but I need the answers more than I have them, so I'll just sit here and wait for the answers; maybe I can take some tips. I have this feeling I am stressed out, but there's nothing I can do at the moment :( Take care

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.
