Why do myLot pays us?

Of course I'm not complaining! I love to earn!
But sometimes I wonder, how can myLot pay us? I don't much advertisement here, we are not required to click on anything, buy anything, read anything or purchase anything. So how can they pay us?
I'm just curious. Anybody has any idea?
