What will you generally do to keep yourself Healthy???

Hello,priyank! Outdoor walking,combined with good diet and weight management may contribute a lot to maintain a good heath.Eating less and calorie restrictions may cut risks of many diseases like cancer,diabetes,heart diseasesand stroke.Eating less could add years to our life,it could atleast help us live a more healthy life.thanx.

I take adequate water because water dilutes the foo we taken helps in absorption inside the body.I avoid spicy foods.I avoind junk food also. I walk 3 kms everyday and doing some yoga or asana.It keeps me healthy.

I ll generally be away from outside food like fast food and junk food.Walk long hours about 1 hour daily and drink more water.
