What will you generally do to keep yourself Healthy???

Outdoor walking,combined with good diet and weight management may contribute a lot to maintain a good heath.Eating less and calorie restrictions may cut risks of many diseases like cancer,diabetes,heart diseasesand stroke.Eating less could add years to our life,it could atleast help us live a more healthy life.thanx.
