Anyone still writes a diary? Which do you prefer, diary or online blog?

A diary. I would like to keep my writings private.

Hi, before I became a college student, I kept a diary all the time,but now only when I was not happy, I will write something, in a notebook, and that made me comfortable.

I agree it's better to write personal things in a diary than online. I too have a blog, but it is only about my writing and not a personal one. I do sometimes write about personal things in myLot discussions, but not in the same way I write about them in a diary, it's more like sharing my experiences rather than expressing my emotions. I still write a few personal things in my diary but not as much as I used to do, because I write so much for the internet now. I don't feel the need to put so much of my private thoughts into words, because I am writing all day about other things.

I still write a diary. I takes a bit of effort since u have to manually write down everything, but in the end its all worth it. Online blog is a good option if u want everyone to read about it. But a diary can be given to someone who u want it to read. So for me its diary anyday....take care

I still write in a diary, but I do also have a blog. By keeping a diary I feel like I can still vent and say what I need to. Online, not only do I have to be sure to not hurt someone's feelings, but I also have to worry about security. I am sometimes afraid if some stalker person were to read my blog that they could track me down so I omit details. In my diary I can be open and frank.

I still do the writing of diary although it is more like a wish list. I write in my diary those things or happening that I feel very personal and I do not want my online viewers to read. I am not also online so I often bring my diary book and write it there my extraordinary days. Bur sometimes I transfer to my blog some of my written experiences. It is still worthy to keep a diary.
