It's hard to do this. When we are in an argument, we are so easily burst out and we might just lost our manner. How to avoid this thing happen? Today, two of my colleagues had a very bad argument. Both of them were arguing so loud until everyone even staffs from other departments came to check out what was happening. This was terrible and shameful. But if I put myself into their shoes, maybe I will be like them too. I may lose my temper, say all the ugly words without thinking and shout like hell. How to control our temper when we are involved in an argument? Please tell me,thanks.

I too sometimes see red and start arguing when someone irritates me, and this used to happen quite often when I was younger and was confronted by a particular set of people. Today, I am a lot more controlled, unless I am completely and totally angry in a flash) which still happens sometimes. I generally try and count to twenty to calm myself, and I try and avoid coming face to face with people who I know from experience will irritate me. I often have started walking away from an argument.

Hi,yenwie.Usually I don't control my anger when I am arguing with others. In fact I don't know how to control it,too. When I am arguing with others ,I will forget everything to find the true answer.I think it is no bad to show your real mood and I think your real mood will let others know you are frank.
