Starting a book

hey tokenoftime!!! thats great that you are writing a book. it has also been my dream for some time now to start a book and publish it also. first of all you might need an agent who can help you to contact different publishing companies for you. however, there are many companies that are self-publishing. so you can actually say how many books you want published and all that. it is called print on demand. you get most of the profit too so its better that big companies. like go to the websit u-publish.com. it is a very informative site that may help you. so good luck on ur book.!! i hope you tell me when it is published so i can read it too!!!!!!!!! take care

I let my sister read my book. she like my stories. she even cried during reading one of my stories. I thought it's good. But unfortunately the publishing doesn't like it. well token from readers perspective.Put some gifts for 100th buyer,1000th buyer and so on but not to every one.Pose some questions to the readers and ask them to pm you and in this way it will be helpful to know how many actual readers are there.Don't miss the continuation on the next chapters.This will irritate the readers.Don't make the book more than 150 pages as this will make carrying it a difficult.If you can make it pocket size with 200 pages it will be great.Try these may work but not sure. Ho Token well suggestions from a readers perspective.It should be on topic and should keep the excitement going into the next chapter.I don't know on what you are writing a book but the continuation on the next chapter should not break.It should be reader friendly and the font you use should be very visible and better use colors and put some tips on each page.Ask questions to readers and say them to mail he responses to you in this way you can see how many actual readers are there and it will help you for the further version releases of the book.Ask them what can be done to improve the book.Say put some gifts like give away for the 100th buyer,1000th buyer and so on but not to every one.Cheers MOIN
