It is a ptc site. But I would like to do a referral exchange. I am a very good referral, and I want someone who is willing to be a referral for one of my ptc sites. If anyone is interested let me know. I don't want anyone to respond who has no intention of returning the favor.
And by the way, what's up with people who want the referral, but don't want to complete the exchange? If you can't do it, or don't plan on doing it then don't request a referral exchange.
