my new treadmill

hi all, i have just gone and brought a new treadmill, i always love my daily walks but as im still recovering from near death last july and was in hospital for 3 months my doctor has stopped my walking in the cold as im forever getting ill..
so my question is does this treadmill i just paid a lot of money for work as good as they say i need to know do i walk more than i sis doing my walking in the fresh air, i used to walk over an hour every day..
so if anyone can help me with some ideas of what i do if i do more than an hour just anything that will help, owwwww and this machine even has an electronic hill lol you push a button and there you go it starts to move up to the hill you most like ..

I think treadmills are wonderful, a friend of mine has just bought one, I think it is a good idea to work out a work out plan, write your plan down as maybe half an hour on the treadmill, half an hour doing floor work, maybe a little yoga and maybe then another half an on the treadmill, or even split it up into two sessions and extend on your times, I hope you have fun on your new treadmill...it will be good for you.
