why do people believe you when you tell them there are four billion stars but still check when you tell them that paint is wet!?

probably the same reason why when you tell someone not to look they still do. like dont look down. or whatever. somethings arent worth questioning and somethings you cant help but to see for yourself.

i guess it's the same as when your parents ask you not to do something when you're little, the more people tell you you shouldn't do something, the more appealing it becomes to go ahead and do it!!! people are very strange and funny creatures!!
