is it the computers fault or the operator?

well i have a desktop and sumtimes it seems to have a mind of its own lol but its really irrotating but i learn to love it for its faults but my brother likes to put jokes to my not knowing a lot about them because hes a computer tech (wise guy)says maybe its not the computer but the operator lol which he finds funny i guess ?

HAHAHA...It's most likely the computer. They can seem to have a mind of their own sometimes, especially if you don't know much about them. But, sometimes it can be the operator's fault too.
