do people who make the games put cheats on it them self?

Yeah they put cheat tu ''test'' the game so they don't have to do all the game before they can tes a weapon or a level

Yeah, most unhacked cheats are the game maker's creation. They put them in the game to fully test the games. Like the go to level cheats. That is to test each level without having to play through the entire. The cheats aren't really cheat, they are just testing methods, but today, they are used to bypass the true game. It is actually kinda sad.

Some cheats can be hacked in, but those are only on PC games, because you can't really alter a CD. However some people do use a gaming device to play a game with cheats that normally aren't possible.

Yes the maker of the game makes the cheats along with the making of the game.

Some cheats are also just glitches in the games that others find.
