if someone look down on you,what would you say or how to do

I don't think that you should take it as being 'looked down upon'. On the other hand you should take it as constructive critiscism and ask the person to suggest ways for you to improve. If he is not able to help you, take the help of some friends and colleagues and set upon it as a challenge.

i dont know yet, there are no one telling me like that, but i admit im am not good in communicating other people specially foreigner, i am not that fluent on english, and i dont speak other language. tagalog is my national language. if there are someone who says that to me i think, i will just keep quiet, im a quiet type of person, and im also sensitive.

First off, I would stand up to that person and tell him that he has no right to say that to me because he doesn't have the slightest idea of who I am. He cannot judge me just because I have bad communication skills. Try talking to that person in your native tongue,see if he can answer back.. then now you have the right to tell him he has bad communication skills! HMPH! I'm sorry but I find it very irritating that they judge you just because of that. How insensitive for that person to say that to your face! You are still human, someone who gets hurt. And yes, I agree that you should prove them wrong with what they said. ear his language and learn it right then go back to this person and tell him to get off your planet!LOL!!!

You have to prove them that what they said was totally wrong. Prove to them your worth and let them turn those criticisms to compliments. You can't please everybody. Just show them what you got and think of those things as challenges. Don't forget to say thank you though.

Well,if only i could tell those dang words back from him i would..But then im still trying to stop it coz i know other people would only feel something like "i dunno you're like that.." but why d hell do they have to talk to me like that ,they dont even know me at all.:) so in your case,yea its better to prove it to them,.We'll see who's feeling BAD now..:)
