Hi Guys, Here is some tips which makes you healthy and wealthy by water therapy. 1. Drink only 3 liters of water everyday. lesser or more makes you unhealthy. 2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water early in the morning before you brush your teeth. This makes you feel most comfortable in the early morning and avoids a lot of health related problems like Gastroline, Gastric, and so on. 3. Drink hot water after a meal but not immediately. Drinking water (Hot/Warm water) after a meal (may be around 15 mins after a meal) removes acidity problems and other acid problems which comes from the food you eat. The human body requires 2-3 L of fluids per day to function well. The source may not necessarily be tap/mineral water, but may also come from fruits, soups, broths, and the like. I believe 6 glasses of water is too much in the morning and may cause water toxicity. I read a guide stating that for water therapy to work, you only need to drink about 450-600 mL (2-3 glasses) of water upon waking up. You are not to eat or drink anything for 45 minutes. After that, you can then take breakfast. I agree that hot water would help. It promotes chemical digestion. To reap more benefits from this, chew your food well and eat slowly. For acidity problems, avoiding foods that trigger the gastric pain. Study your meals to know which foods you should stay away from. To prevent GERD (gastroesophageal reflux syndrome), maintain an upright position for about 2 hours after eating. Lying in your left side when you sleep also helps.

Yes. You can slowly increase your intake to 4 cups and then to 6 cups. All the best. Thanks for sharing your views.

you have to drink water yaar. Otherwise you will find a lot of problems in your body. Water is good for every problems in our body.
