pick:: LOYALTY or HONESTY?

loyalty or honesty? what do you think is better to pick? well i will pick honesty because loyalty is just like your there because its part of the contract or the rule your loyal to the company for example but if you were to honesty it means whatever you feel or want you can say it with all your honesty example you dont want to be with the person you will tell it immediately you will be honest. well thats my opinion how about you? share some here. keep posting.. keep posting..keep earning. on mylot

Honesty.
Because loyality comes naturally with honesty. The more honest you are with your work, the more loyal you would be for whom you are working for.
But just being loyal doesnot bring honesty. Being loyal is like being a servant to someone, without your self respect and pride.

I would prefer honesty more than loyalty. You can be loyal to anyone. Even if not you can act as though you are. But honesty comes from within. You cannot act as if you are honest. It will break out in a day. So being honest is more important. I would be more honest to everyone. And eventually it will make me loyal too.

Honesty. By being honest I know I am doing the right thing for the right reason. By being loyal I am just trying to please the person who is doing me a favor or employing me.
