I heard that the world is going to end on December 2021. Is this true?

You misheard. The latest hyperbole and media nonsense points towards the end of the Mayan calendar in December 2012, not 2021. And no, it's not. Any more than it has been the last few times they predicted it. It was supposed to end in 2000, 1999, 1984, 1972...
