I have been using them for 2 cycles now and I have to tell you that the cramps and flow have really gone down. I have not had the bad cramps that I had with tampons. They are easy to care for too. Just wash them like you do anything else, I have not had a prob with staining or anything. I love them and have about 40 of them now. I have been making my own and plan on making more to sell.

pads have their benefits. my sister uses tampons but i never liked them. i prefer pads. they work best for me.
