How do you concentrate on school when you have no time to go outside????

i am a highschool student who barley gets by and the reason i think why is that i dont get to go outside....im not sure i need help...is it because i want to have fun so i use my school time or am i just very short spanded i need your honest opinion...

i still go outside and hang out with my friends and study at the same time i also did go home late but still maintain to be a scholar you just have to know how to manage your time

yeah but my parents wont let me outside thats the thing
