(Means apples with cream) As simple as it sounds, not many people know how to give it the right taste. And they're always asking me, "What did you put in them?" A lot of people think it has Lechera So here is the simplest recipe: 2-3 apples Sour Cream Sugar Walnuts (optional) Mix the Sour Cream and Sugar with a mixer. Add half cup of sugar or so, or until you like it. Mix it well, until it's creamy. Cut the apples in square pieces. You can leave the skin, or peel it, it's your decision. It doesn't matter. Wash the apples. Mix the apples with the cream, and add the walnuts. Afterwards, leave it in the refrigerator until cool. It tastes much better cool. And voila!
