I've never tried Mederma, but if that one didn't happen to work as good as you'd like it to, I also recommend Dermisa. I've been using that for quite some time. It's worked, and what I also like about it is that it leaves you skin very smooth, isn't oily, and doesn't make you get pimples like others. And other than that, it's cheaper! It only costs like six-ten dollars.

I hope Mederma really works Anyway Thanks for sharing that one. 16 bucks is a lot cheaper compare to Mederma, I will try that if Mederma didnt work after I used the whole tube. I have to see it first. Thanks for responding How much is Dermisa cost anyway?

Yeah, no problem. Well, I got it for $6 in Sally's Beauty Supply. A while ago, I burnt my face with Nair Hair Removal, so it left me some scars. But I didn't want to waste much at first with other products, so I started with Dermisa. And it's worked for me. It's like if I never even got any scars.

I've heard some good and bad things about Merderma. The main idea behind how people think Merderma works is because you're massaging the scar which is bringing blood to the tissue and it's helping to break up the collagen that forms scars. Personally, I don't think Merderma does much. I'd rather save the money and just use a regular lotion to rub into my scar.

The problem with scars is they'll never truly go away. They made fade on their own over time, but that's pretty much it. If you have keloid scars like I do, you may never get rid of them. Sometimes injections from the doctor will work, sometimes they won't. It really just depends.

I've been using Mederma for awhile now, and although it has helped with some of my scarring (mainly from acne), it has been a long process and doesn't take away everything. I'm thinking of trying Fair & Lovely Anti-Marks Cream because I've heard great things about it, and it's about $10 cheaper than Mederma. I know there are also some home remedies for scars, so you may want to research a few of those! Also, keep in mind that there are different types of scars, so make sure you use a product that is meant for your kind of scar (discoloration, etc.)
