Do you have friends you've known for more than 10 years?

I am very fortunate because I have a lot of friends. They are my support system. I have like two sets of friends. The first one is those I've known for more than 10 years and the second one are those friends I've met for some years and months. most of my friends happened to belong to the first group. They have been my friends back in primary and high school days. Although, we rarely see each other, we make it a point to communicate once in a while. The funny thing is, we are still updated with the current news about one another. They know me inside out, that they already know how to read between my lines. They are the people whom I can be myself, no pretensions and expectations. We are just what we are. How about you, do you have friends whose been with you for more than 10 years? Isn't it nice to have friends whom we grow old with, people who knows our weakness but still stay with us through thick and thin? What about you, what is your experience about your friends? What did you do to keep the friendship alive?

yeah i have so many friends in real that ive known for more than 10 years, in fact i met her since college, (1st year college-1998) we've been together in college for four years & up to now,same building, same floor, & we're sister company. in fact we've been together in 3 companies lol & as you can see, we're not just friends, maybe we're not sisters in blood but we're sister by heart..

I dont have frnd whom i know for more than 10 yrs.
Does it mean I am not social ?

yeah i do and i met her during our childhood years and she is named cristina castro and she is the same age as me. the first time i met her was the year 1989 and we were both in a sunday school then. we were classmates in a church school every sunday. as years passed by our friendship grew stronger that whenever she would not attend the school on a sunday, it would make me really sad because she is the closest friend i ever had during those days. now that we grew old a little, we are still good friends and we make it a point that once in a while or once in a blue moon we'd get together and bond like we used to do. you can count the people whom i call my bestfriend because im a very choosey person and i just don't trust someone as fast just like that because that person might bring the one to bring you down for no reasons at all. next to her is my boyfriend mac because he knows me inside out. he knows everything about him. i may not have known him 10 years long but it felt like that way. these two are the most important persons in my life because i can be who i am when i am with them without any hesitations.
i don't say i don't have other friends like you my colleague. i do trust you and other of our friends at lpdh but of course these two are the usual persons i am with everyday. haha!
