OMG!!! I just watched my girl give birth!!

I have 2 pure bred English Staffies - I was given Josie just as she was coming into heat about 2 weeks ago...anyway, I knew she was getting close to giving birth as I saw she was sitting in a hole she dug yesterday afternoon. Well she gave birth this afternoon!!! YAY!! She had 8 in all unfortunately 1 was still born but the other 7 are very healthy. I am soooooo happy & excited. The only problem now is we have 9 dogs in the house for the next 6 weeks plus my almost 15 month old daughter.

wow, a big congrats to you.
I want to breed my lab, but she is a bit young just now. I bet your pups are beautiful. Are you keeping any of them?

They are absolutely beautiful but unfortunately we aren't keeping any as we already have 2.

Congragulations!!!!, i have a staffie lady called bella and shes having her 1st season. Was it hard to mate her? Did she do it on her own? or did you have to help?

We already had our boy Boofda (he's 2.5 years old) & when I was given Josie (3.5 years old), I took Booof to see if they would get along before I took Josie...anyway, when she came into heat, they just did the wild thing, no help involved...Boof lost weight while she was on though - as you can imagine, he got ALOT of exercise :)

Awww how sweet!!! I rememer when my sister's ex boy riend's dog had puppies. They were so cute!!
