About Flip Flops

Flip Flops are an essential part of my summer wardrobe, lol. They keep my body temperature at a much more comfortable rate, than normal sneakers or shoes. I like the kinds of flip flops with cloth straps; Plastic ones make my feet hurt. My favorite brand is probably Roxy, even though I never buy or wear anything besides their flip flops. xD

I don't wear them but my 2-year-old granddaughter is fascinated with them! She was wearing her older cousin's around my house, although they were 3X as long as her own feet! Then at her birthday party, she received a pair as a gift. That was it. She had no interest in any of the other gifts. She was just running all around in her own little flip-flops.

I have been wearing flip flops just about everyday since April. They are so comfortable and you can easily put them on or off in seconds. I just have a pair of black ones from walmart. The reason I started wearing them in April was because I was 9 months pregnant and shoes were just way too tight and uncomfortable and now it's really hot outside so I just kept wearing my flip flops

I'm not really a fan of them, though that might be because I don't bother with shoes much to begin with. I have two pairs that I use- if I'm at work, I wear a pair of nice black flats. If I'm not, and I have to be wearing something on my feet, I favor my pair of New Balance sneakers. The only time I wear flipflops is if I'm out camping and need something to wear in the communal showers.

I hate flip-flops! After wearing them for five minutes, I always wonder how my friend wears them all of the time. The only sandals that I have are the kind that wrap around the back of my foot, the front, and the toe. I wore flip-flops to the store the other day, because one of my shoes was hiding somewhere, and I came home and kicked it off, and I checked my feet for blisters because it felt like I had them. I never remember why I hate flip-flops until I wear them again, usually.
