The best historical romance that I have read was by Cassie Edwards. She has a series called the Savage series that is wonderful. I haven't read all of them, but I have many of them, like Savage Tears, Savage Obsession, Savage Arrow and many, many more.

Now I will have to research all these series, as I want to start with the first one. I have had many of her books given to me, but I pass them on to my mom. I cannot read small print books, but I just went to the eye doctors and got some glasses. Yeah!

I would recommend anything by Nicholas Sparks. The Notebook is a very good book. Some other good books that I would recommend are the Yellow Rose Trilogy by Lori Wick and Gone With the Wind (it's always a classic :)).

I will write Lori Wick down. I am going to try to go to the library this week. Do you know I have never seen Gone With the Wind the movie? What is wrong with me. : )

I like Sandra Hill's books (a lot of them about the viking period) cause they are always funny. I also like Dara Joy's books as well. I don't read that many romances. I am more of a fantasy book reader myself.

Good ones. Too bad I have read every one of her books. I hear she has a new one out. I saw it in the market the other day. I have read all of hers, Beatrice Smalls, Jude Deveraux. You are on the right track though, got any other new ones?

I just read an amazing book. It was called Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen and it was one I could not put down. Once you get into it, it is a little bit of everything. I have talked about it nonstop since reading it and I read a lot of books. I hope you will try it out and let me know what you think.

I recommend, The guardian, the rescue, a walk to remember, and the notebook. All of those books you should read. The movie was fantastic!
