I wish it was that easy , and sometimes it is , if you want it to be . I believe that you must atleast try , and do small things that make you happy . I know a better diet , and walking has made me feel so much better .

Those are easy and simple techniques to manage stress and pressure around us. Thank you for sharing those to us here. I must agree that stress is bringing many people to a crazy lifestyle. I, for one, really want to control myself and wanted to be stress-free to maintain a smile on my face and my good mood all day long.
