Many people do not know that the people who make things happen are those ones in the background,most of the time you don't see them at all,but they are the ones making things happen. Supporters are always at the back,so as to see the performance of the equip and give encouragement,
while the defenders are always in front so as to protect,this is a technical term and not like the ones in soccer.

I do really think that all the things are what we attracted.
If we think positively,then things will go better.If we think negatively,then
things will turn out to be the other case as we expected.Our thought is like a
magnet,and it sends signals to the things we around us.A positive thought is
thousands times powerful than a negative thought.
Good Chenmeiyi,its like a magnet as you've said but do you belief there are people who manipulates people's thought and mind readers? Even if you want to think positive,they will change it!

It is very important to have the support people and the cheerleaders going for anything to get done. When I read your post I thought about my favorite place to eat. I come in and the hostess find me a table and waiter/waitress takes my order. But who really get done what needs to get done? The cooks who are in back making the meal that I came to eat! Not to say everyone one in the resturant don't have an important role but it is always the unseen person that we seem to forget when it comes down to thanking people.

Yes,another good example is the television,those camera men and technical crews are hardly seen but they are the ones making things happen,technical people.
In any force the intellegence as well are good example,nobody knows but they really make things happen:
